Important notes
- While we love every single pet, a whole female disrupt the normal operations of the House, thus, we reserve the right to accept such reservations request.
- If a female become in heat after checking, a surcharge between $80 – $120 will apply
- The rates are presented for reservations made in advance, we might be able to accommodate last minute request subject to availability. A one-time fee $15 could be applied see why
- For the safety of all pets and caregivers, pet owners are required to disclose any history of aggressive behavior, bite incidents, anxiety triggers, medical conditions, or any other relevant behavioral or health concerns before booking. Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of services without refund. Transparency allows us to provide the best care possible and ensures a safe, stress-free experience for every pup in our home.

🐶 Puppy Care (Under 12 Months)
Puppies need a little extra TLC ! (Tender Loving Care). Our puppy rate covers:
- More frequent potty breaks and cleanup
- Close supervision to support training and safety
- Patience and structure to build confidence and routines
🎄 Holiday & Peak Season
During holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, or holliday weekends, demand is at its highest. To ensure each pet gets the best possible care, we:
- Limit the number of pets we host
- Adjust staff availability and schedules
- Plan care around peak travel times

⚡ Last-Minute Service Requests
We understand that sometimes life happens! Last-minute bookings (typically for same day or less than 24hrs) require:
- Quick rearrangement of our schedule
- Immediate preparation of supplies or space
- Additional coordination to ensure smooth check-ins
⏱️ For this reason, last-minute requests may or may not include a small surcharge to account for the extra time and flexibility required.
