Meet Luisa Luna: Lulu Pet Care founder
Growing up, dogs were my source of comfort, safety, and companionship. They did fill my life with love. As I got older, I realized that my bond with dogs it’s always been deeper. They feel your energy and love you with a exreamly loyalty. That connection has stayed with me throughout every season of life.
My husband and I bonded early on over our mutual love for animals. We both grew up in pet owners households. When we started our own family, it felt only natural to raise our kids in a home surrounded by paws and playful barking.

Over the years, we’ve welcomed many pets into our lives, but one in particular — Coco, my Cocker Spaniel — carved a special place in my heart. He’s been with me through big life transitions and quiet everyday moments, always reminding me why I feel so deeply called to care for animals.
There were many times like vacations, family emergencies, last-minute plans when I needed someone I could truly trust to care for Coco. During one of those seasons, he stayed with a wonderful family who embraced him as their own. Their warmth, communication, and the way they connected with Coco left a lasting impression on me.
That experience stayed with me. I realized I wanted to offer other pet parents that same level of trust, love, and peace of mind — the kind of care that feels more like leaving your dog with family than with a stranger.
That’s how Lulu Pet Care was born — not just as a service, but as a heartfelt calling to making every dog feel safe, seen, and truly at home.
Today, I welcome dogs into my home as temporary family. They aren’t kept in crates or isolated in spare rooms — they live among us in free range. Able to nap on the same cushions as my kids, play in our backyard.
Because I’m a dog mom first, I believe every pet owner deserves to feel like their dog is not just cared for, but truly loved while they’re away. That’s why I prioritize clear communication, genuine updates, and creating an experience that feels safe and personal.
If you’re looking for someone who understands the emotional weight of leaving your dog behind, I’d be honored to support you. Explore our service here, learn why we’re different here, explore rates here and book with us anytime here.
Welcome to my home; Welcome to our pack 🐾
